2010 cannot get here fast enough. I know, I know. Christmas is still two weeks away, why rush it? I’m just really anxious about filing 2009 away in the “done” pile. This past year started off with so much promise but as life is wont to do, those really good things are counteracted with hardship. That’s life I suppose and things could always be worse.
If 2009 was my quarter-life crisis year then 2010 is my response, “The Year of the Steph.” I’m taking the lessons I learned from the past 365 days, storing them away and stepping into 2010 with a new attitude.
This next year is going to be about finding my voice and stepping outside my comfort zone. Luckily, I have a very supportive husband, family, friends and this blog to keep me accountable. So my goals for 2010:
– Cut my credit card debt in half
– Apply for graduate school
– Have an active Etsy store
– Get accepted for the Renegade Craft Fair
– Volunteer more (and convince Jeff into becoming canine foster parents!)
And to get things started, I got a sassy new ‘do. Thank you Tiffany at Twisted Scissors. And no, they did not pay me to say that.
